Terms & Conditions
addressed advises that the terms to the ‘Refer A Landlord’ initiative are subject to both the inciting and referred individual(s) letting with addressed for a minimum period of one year.
The ‘free management’ is embodied in the form of three months without charging your account for the management fees. This period shall begin when your referred individual has been approved and their property has been rented. Please note, to qualify for this referral, you must either be referring a landlord or property that is not currently associated with addressed or affiliated / associated companies. From this period onwards, both of your free months shall be separated throughout the year (3rd, 6th & 10th month since the referred tenancy start date).
addressed reserve the right to cancel the Refer A Landlord initiave at any time, for any reason - however, agreed commitments shall be respected from when the initiative was active.
