Six - Twelve Months Offer
addressed advises that the terms to the ‘6 - 12 Months Free’ initiative are subject to the inciting individual(s) letting with addressed for a minimum period of one year. The ‘free management’ is embodied in the form of 6 months without charging your account for the management fees.
This period shall begin when the property has been rented. From this period onwards, your free months shall be seperated throughout the year (2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th & 11th).
The Additional six months (referred to as both ‘Additional six’ and ‘Twelve Months’, is embodied in the form of a winning reward for the draw winner. The Initiative dictates that every 20th instruction is grouped with the prior 19 - creating a group of 20 that one shall be selected from at random to win the additional 6 months (creating the potential 12 months free). This secondary instalment of 6 free months is subject to a second year’s commitment to addressed’s services and will run identically to the first segment of the deal (see above for clarification).
addressed reserve the right to cancel the initiative at any time, for any reason - however, agreed commitments shall be respected from when the initiative was active.
Partnership Programme
Subject to our approval and the referred landlord letting with us, we operate our full management service - tenanting the profile. Upon which, the Partnered company responsible for the landlord’s referral will receive a percentage taking of our monthly management fee.
